Hardcore Prime (the “Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains our DMCA takedown procedure, how to submit a claim, how we respond, and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error.
1. When do we remove content?
We will respond to valid copyright infringement notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law. When we receive a proper notification, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the uploader/user who posted the content (if applicable); and
- Provide the uploader with the complainant’s notice (or a summary) so they may submit a counter-notice.
We also reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Use or other policies.
2. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notification that includes the following elements (these are required by law):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, description, and any registration information if available).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our Site (provide exact URL(s)).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that you believe use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”).
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized
Send DMC
We recommend sending via contact page for the fastest processing. Include “DMCA Notice” in the subject.
3. What happens after we receive
- We will confirm receipt as soon as you
- If the warning is valid, we will remove or disable access to the scam
- We will attempt to notify the user/uploader who posted the content and provide them with a copy of your notice (or a summary) so they may submit a counter-notice.
- If the uploader files a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files an action seeking to restrain the uploader.
4. Counter-Notice (if content was removed and you believe removal was mistaken)
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include the following:
- Your name, address, and telephone number;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (provide exact URL(s));
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if you are outside the U.S., to an appropriate non-U.S. court) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.
I, [YOUR FULL NAME], declare under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material removed or disabled was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a zero tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Accounts or content believed to repeatedly violate copyrights may be terminated or blocked.
6. Good faith vs. bad-faith claims
- Misuse of the DMCA notice process (for example, sending false copyright claims) may expose the sender to liability.
